    If you are driving from the Ötztal Alps, take the A12 motorway towards Innsbruck and then merge onto the A22 towards Bozen. Continue on the A22 for about 70 kilometers. Take the exit towards Bolzano Sud and follow the signs for Bolzano city center. Once in the city, follow Via della Stazione until you reach the intersection with Via dei Portici. Turn left on Via dei Portici, and you will find the Merkantilgebäude at number 39 on your right.

    To reach the Merkantilgebäude by public transport, take a train from the Ötztal Alps region to Bolzano. Trains from Ötztal Bahnhof to Bolzano usually run every hour.
