If you are driving from the Ötztal valley, head towards Obergurgl. Take the B186 road southbound from the town of Sölden. Continue on B186 until you reach the junction with Gurgler Landesstraße (L246). Turn left onto Gurgler Landesstraße and follow it for about 12 km until you arrive at the Timmelsjoch Hochalpenstraße entrance. Note that a toll fee of approximately €8.00 may apply for the use of the road during the summer months.
