Public Transport
From Salzburg's main train station, take a train to either St. Johann im Pongau or Radstadt. From there, hop on bus line 530 (St. Johann im Pongau - Wagrain - Kleinarl - Jägersee) or bus line 520 (Radstadt - Altenmarkt - Reitdorf - Wagrain) to Wagrain. The bus line 530 continues to Kirchboden. Get off at the 'Wagrain Flying Mozart Talstation' bus stop, which is directly at the base of the Flying Mozart. A single bus fare from St. Johann im Pongau to Wagrain is approximately €4-6.

From the center of Wagrain (e.g., near Sport Obermoser), head towards Kleinarl. After about 700m, turn left again towards Kirchboden. Follow the main road uphill until you see the 'Flying Mozart' signs (green) at the level of the small Spar supermarket. The base station is about a 3-minute walk from there.

From the Tauernautobahn A10, take the Flachau exit. At the 2nd roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Wagrain-Kleinarl. Follow the B163 for approximately 8 km to the center of Wagrain. At the crossroads at Sport Obermoser, turn left towards Kleinarl, then left again after 700m towards Kirchboden. Follow the main road uphill until you see the 'Flying Mozart' signs at the level of the small Spar supermarket. Limited parking is available near the base station; hourly rates are approximately €2, and daily rates are around €10.
