Car
From Saalbach, head north on the B311 road towards Zell am See. Continue on B311 for about 18 km until you reach the junction with the B172. Turn left onto B172 and follow the signs towards Kufstein. After approximately 10 km, take the exit toward Walchsee. Follow the signs to Walchsee, and you will arrive at the lake. It should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
From Saalbach, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the bus to Zell am See. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. At Zell am See, transfer to the bus towards Kufstein. This bus will take you directly to Walchsee. The total travel time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the transfer times.
