From Schladming, take the B320 (Ennstalstraße) heading south. After approximately 5 km, turn right onto Obertalstraße. Continue for about 1.5 km until you reach Ignaz-Mattis-Hütte, which is located at Obertalstraße 43, 8971 Obertal. There is parking available near the hut.

Public Transportation
Take the bus from Schladming to Rohrmoos-Untertal. The bus stop is located near the train station. Look for the bus line that goes towards Obertal. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Obertal stop, it’s a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) along Obertalstraße to reach Ignaz-Mattis-Hütte at Obertalstraße 43.

If you are already in the vicinity of Rohrmoos-Untertal and prefer walking, follow the signs towards Obertal. The trail is well-marked and takes you through beautiful alpine scenery. It's approximately a 1.5-hour hike from the center of Rohrmoos-Untertal to the hut, with a gradual incline.
