Start at the St. Anton am Arlberg train station (Bahnhof St. Anton am Arlberg). Exit the station and head northwest on Bahnhofstraße towards the town center. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road (Landeckstraße). Cross the road and keep going straight for another 200 meters. You will see a sign for Ehemaliges Tunnelportal Arlbergbahn on your left. Follow the path that leads slightly uphill towards the tunnel portal, which is located at Bahnhofstraße 197.
