Originally built in the 15th century, its elaborate stucco facade, added in 1732 by Anton Gigl, sets it apart from its medieval neighbors. While the building houses private apartments, the street level is home to shops, and its facade is a must-see for visitors.

Walking
The Helbling House is located at Herzog-Friedrich-Straße 10 in the heart of Innsbruck's Old Town, making it easily accessible on foot. From the Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (main train station), walk north along Südtiroler Platz, then turn left onto Adamgasse. Continue onto Marktgraben, then turn right onto Herzog-Friedrich-Straße. The Helbling House will be on your left, across from the Golden Roof. The walk is approximately 15 minutes. No costs are involved.
Public Transport
From Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 1 or 3 to the 'Innsbruck Marktplatz' stop. From there, walk east along Herzog-Friedrich-Straße for about 2 minutes. The Helbling House will be on your left, across from the Golden Roof. A single tram fare is approximately €2.50.
