    From Vienna, take a regional train from Wien Mitte station towards Mödling. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes, with trains departing every 10-15 minutes. From Mödling train station, walk towards the town center and follow Föhrenberge Straße until you see signs for the nature park. The entrance is located on Meiereigasse 8b. A single public transport ticket from Vienna to Mödling costs approximately €2.40.

    From the Mödling Hauptplatz (main square), head south along Föhrenberge Straße. Continue for about 15 minutes until you reach Meiereigasse, where the entrance to Föhrenberge Nature Park is located. The walk is relatively easy and well-signposted.

  • Driving

    From Vienna, take the A2 expressway south and exit at Mödling SCS or Wr. Neudorf. Follow the signs towards Mödling and then to Föhrenberge Nature Park. Alternatively, from the west via the A1 expressway, take A21 at the Steinhäusl interchange and then take the exit Hinterbrühl, then follow the signs. Limited parking is available near the park entrance. Parking at Kuhheide car park costs €2 up to 2 hours, €3 up to 6 hours and €4 for 24 hours on weekdays, €1 more at weekends.
