From Stephansplatz, take the U1 (red line) towards Reumannplatz. Get off at Karlsplatz and transfer to the U2 (purple line) towards Stadion. Ride one stop to Stadtpark. Exit and walk towards Parkring street. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to Altwiener Christkindlmarkt on your right. A single 80-minute ticket costs €2.40.

From the Vienna State Opera, take tram line 1 towards Prater. Ride until you reach the stop at Stadtpark. Exit the tram and walk towards the city park. Altwiener Christkindlmarkt is located near the entrance of the park, a short walk away. A single 80-minute ticket costs €2.40.

From the Vienna State Opera, head southeast on Opernring towards Rathausstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Parkring. Turn left onto Parkring, and you will find the Altwiener Christkindlmarkt on your right, just before you enter Stadtpark. The walk is approximately 15 minutes.
