Public Transport
Palais Ferstel is easily accessible via Vienna's efficient public transport system. The Herrengasse U3 subway station is a short walk away. Exit the station and walk along Herrengasse towards Freyung; the Palais will be on your left. Alternatively, from the Schottentor U2 subway or tram stop (lines 1, 71, D), walk along Herrengasse for about 500 meters towards Freyung. A single ride ticket costs around €2.40.
Walking
If you are already in the Innere Stadt (Inner City), walking to Palais Ferstel is a pleasant option. From the Graben, head towards Herrengasse; the Palais Ferstel is located at the far end of the street. The walk should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on your starting point.
