Getting There

  • U-Bahn (Metro)

    If you are near the city center, take the U1 (Red Line) from any station heading towards Stephansplatz. Once you arrive at Stephansplatz, transfer to the U3 (Light Blue Line) towards Erdberg. Get off at the stop 'Stubentor.' After exiting the station, head south on Stubentorstraße until you reach Parkring. Turn left onto Parkring, and you will find Stadtpark on your right.

  • Tram

    If you are near the Ringstraße, you can take Tram line D, which runs along the Ring. Board the tram at any stop on the Ringstraße and ride towards the direction of the 'Nussdorf' terminus. Get off at the 'Stadtpark' stop. From there, the entrance to Stadtpark will be immediately visible as you exit the tram.

  • Walking

    If you're already in the Innere Stadt area, Stadtpark is within walking distance. From St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom), head southeast on Stephansplatz towards Graben. Continue on Graben until you reach the end, where it intersects with the Ringstraße. Turn left onto the Ringstraße and walk until you reach Parkring. Turn right onto Parkring, and Stadtpark will be on your left.

  • Bus

    You can also take Bus line 2A from various locations within the city. Board the bus heading towards 'Schwedenplatz.' Once you arrive at the 'Schwedenplatz' stop, transfer to Tram line D heading towards 'Nussdorf.' Get off at the 'Stadtpark' stop. The park entrance will be just a short walk from there.
