Discover more about Aqua Dome

The Aqua Dome, located in Längenfeld, Tyrol, is a premier thermal spa resort that provides a unique and modern wellness experience in the heart of the Alps. Opened in 2004, the Aqua Dome has quickly become one of the most iconic thermal spas in Austria, attracting visitors with its futuristic design and extensive range of spa facilities. The spa's history began in 1997 when thermal waters were rediscovered after having disappeared for decades. A borehole tapped into a depth of 1,865 meters, and the subsequent investment put Längenfeld on the map of Austrian thermal spa tourism. The resort covers more than 50,000 square meters and features a crystal-shaped thermal dome housing two large pools with water temperatures between 34°C and 36°C. The outdoor area boasts the gleaming “Diamond” and three “floating” bowl basins, which have become the Aqua Dome's trademark. The Aqua Dome offers 12 indoor and outdoor pools spanning 2,200 square meters, as well as 11 saunas and steam rooms. The resort is divided into several wellness areas, including the main thermal bathhouse, the Sauna World (a textile-free zone), and the exclusive Spa 3000, which is accessible to hotel guests only. Spa 3000 includes relaxation areas and saunas with panoramic views. There is also a fitness center, treatment and spa area, and a children's world called Alpine Noah's Ark. Visitors can enjoy a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and wellness therapies. The resort also features multiple restaurants and cafes, offering a range of culinary delights. The Aqua Dome is easily accessible by car, train, and bus, with convenient transport links to nearby airports and train stations.
