From the Kufstein city center, the fortress is a short, uphill walk. Follow the signs from Unterer Stadtplatz, located behind St. Vitus parish church and close to the town hall. The walk takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Tickets are available at the main entrance. Consider the panorama funicular railway (Festungsbahn) for an easier ascent.
