The walk takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Tickets are available at the main entrance. Consider the panorama funicular railway (Festungsbahn) for an easier ascent.

    From Kufstein train station, take the Line 4 bus to Kufstein Oberer Stadtplatz. From there, it is a short walk to the fortress entrance. A single bus fare costs between €1-€3. Alternatively, walk from the train station to the fortress entrance in approximately 20 minutes.
