From Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a train to Fritzens-Wattens station. From there, transfer to the RegioFlink shuttle service to reach Swarovski Kristallwelten. A single VVT ticket or KlimaTicket covers the trip. Alternatively, take bus number 456 from Wattens Hauptplatz/B171 to Wattens Kristallwelten/B171, a short 2-minute ride. A single ticket costs between €1-€2.

The Swarovski Kristallwelten Shuttle travels five times daily from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. The bus departs at 08:40, 10:20, 12:40, 14:40, and 16:40. A one-way ticket costs €8.00 for adults and €4.00 for children (6-17 years). A round trip ticket costs €12.00 for adults and €6.00 for children (6-17 years). Payment is accepted in cash only. With a valid Innsbruck Card, the shuttle is free.
