The Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, rising 3,203 meters above sea level, is a prominent peak in the High Tauern range and a landmark of Kaprun. As Austria's first glacier ski resort, developed between 1961 and 1965, it offers a unique alpine experience 365 days a year.
