From Zell am See, take the Postbus line 660 towards Kaprun. The bus journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes to reach the Kitzsteinhorn Gletscherbahn station. From Kaprun town center, the bus ride is shorter, around 10 minutes. The bus stop is conveniently located near the valley station of the Kitzsteinhorn cable cars. A single bus fare costs between €2-€4. With a valid ski pass, the bus service is free. Within Kaprun, bus travel is free for everyone.

From Kaprun, drive along Kesselfallstraße towards the Kitzsteinhorn valley station. The drive is short, approximately 5-10 minutes. Free parking is available at the Kitzsteinhorn valley station.
