Once you arrive at the Qobustan bus station, exit the bus and locate a shared taxi or a local minibus that goes to the Mud Vulcano area. Inform the driver you want to go to the Mad Vulcans Gobustan. The taxi ride will take around 10-15 minutes.

You can also find shared taxis in Ali Bayramli that go directly to Qobustan. Simply ask around at your hotel or local shops for the nearest shared taxi stand. The shared taxi ride to Qobustan should take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Qobustan, you can either walk or find another taxi to take you to the Mad Vulcans Gobustan, which is roughly a 10-minute ride from the main area.
