Walk down the main road (Nizami Street) for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the road leading towards the mountains. You can ask locals for directions to the base of Gora Kessa-Dag, as they will be familiar with the area. Once you find the road, continue walking for approximately 2 km until you see the path leading up the mountain. The path may not be well-marked, so keep an eye out for signs of a hiking trail.
