If you are in the center of Sheki, start at the Sheki City Park (Şəki Şəhər Parkı). Exit the park and head east on Nizami Street (Nizami küçəsi) towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Qurban Mammadov Street (Qurban Məmmədov küçəsi). Turn left onto Qurban Mammadov Street and follow it for about 500 meters until you see the sign for Şəki Xan Sarayı. The palace will be on your right.
