Walking
From the center of Sheki, the castle is accessible by foot. The walk is mostly uphill and takes approximately 30 minutes from the Juma Mosque or 15 minutes from the Lower Caravanserai. Be prepared for a steep climb on riverstone streets. No costs are associated with walking.
Public Transport
Several city buses, including bus 22, can take you to the castle via Akhundzade Avenue. The bus stops at the main entrance to the castle, from where it is a 5-minute walk to the palace. The fare is 0.30 AZN.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Sheki and can take you directly to the castle. A taxi ride from the city center typically costs 1-2 AZN when booked on the Bolt app. Agree on the fare before starting your trip.
