Getting There
Taxi/Ride-Share
From the Bahrain International Airport (BAH), taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Careem are readily available. The journey to the Bahrain International Circuit is approximately 30 minutes, covering a distance of around 37 kilometers. Expect to pay between 13-17 BHD for the ride. Once at the BIC entrance, follow internal signage towards the Sakhir Tower and BIC Dragstrip. The final few kilometers within the circuit can be covered by taxi or ride-share, costing an additional 2-3 BHD.
Public Transport
While public buses operate in Bahrain, they may not provide the most direct route to the circuit. A combination of bus and taxi is possible. Take the A1 bus from Manama Airport to Isa Town terminal. From there, take a taxi to the Bahrain International Circuit, which is approximately 25 minutes away. The bus fare is around 0.25 BHD, and the taxi fare from Isa Town to the circuit will cost approximately 9-11 BHD. This option may take around 1 hour and 24 minutes.
