To reach Al Dar Island using public transport, take bus routes 12, 17, or 18 from Manama bus station. Get off at the Sitra Central Market bus stop. From there, you can walk 1.2 km or take a short taxi ride to Sitra Fisherman's Port. At the port, purchase your boat ticket to Al Dar Island. The boat ride is approximately 8-10 minutes and departs every 30 minutes. Bus fare is approximately 0.3 BHD. A taxi from Sitra Central Market to the port will cost around 1-2 BHD.

From Manama or Bahrain International Airport, take a taxi or ride-share service like Uber to Sitra Fisherman's Port. The journey from Manama Souq to the Al Dar office at Sitra Port is approximately 15 km and costs around 5 BHD. From the airport, the taxi ride to Sitra Fisherman's Port takes about 20-25 minutes. Upon arrival at the port, purchase your boat ticket to Al Dar Island. The boat ride is approximately 8-10 minutes and departs every 30 minutes. A return boat ticket costs 6 BHD for adults on weekdays and 8 BHD on weekends/holidays.
