Walking
If you are near the Dinosaurs Rocks area, walking to Kabul Caves is feasible. Head towards the main road and follow signs for Dinosaurs Rocks. The walk is approximately 2 km and takes about 30-40 minutes. Ensure you have water and comfortable shoes due to uneven terrain.
Public Transport
Take a bus from Jebel Dukhan towards the Bahrain International Circuit. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. From the circuit stop, walk approximately 1.5 km towards Dinosaurs Rocks. Look for local signs or ask for directions. Check the bus schedule in advance. A single bus fare costs approximately 0.20 BHD.
Car
From Jebel Dukhan center, drive southwest on Bahrain Road towards the Bahrain International Circuit. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the intersection for the caves. Turn left onto the road marked for Dinosaurs Rocks and follow it for about 3 km. You will see signs leading to Kabul Caves. There is a parking area nearby. Parking is free. A taxi from Jebel Dukhan would cost approximately 5-7 BHD.
