    To reach Nurana Islands via public transport from Manama, take bus route 13 from Manama Bus Station towards the Northern Governorate. Alight at a bus stop near Jid Al Haj. From there, take a taxi or walk to Nurana Islands. The bus fare is approximately 0.30 BHD. A short taxi ride from Jid Al Haj to Nurana Islands will cost approximately 1-2 BHD.

    If driving from Manama, head north on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway (also known as the Northern Governorate Highway). Continue until you reach the roundabout near the Bahrain International Circuit. From there, take the exit onto the road leading to the coast. Follow the signs towards Nurana Islands. There is no cost to cross the Jid al Haj Bridge. Parking is available near the beach and is free.
