Battali Railway Station is located on Station Road in the Kotwali area of Chattogram. From most points in Kotwali, the station is easily accessible by foot. Be mindful of traffic along Station Road.

Chattogram has an extensive network of buses and CNG auto-rickshaws. You can take a bus or CNG to Station Road, then walk a short distance to the station. Bus fares range from Tk 5-50 depending on the distance. CNG fares vary, so negotiate the price before you start your journey.

Renovations have been carried out to enhance the station's facilities and accommodate the increasing number of passengers. Today, Battali Railway Station remains one of the busiest railway stations in the country, playing a vital role in connecting the port city. While it may not be the most modern station, its historical charm and significance make it a unique landmark in Chattogram.
