The brothers' success allowed them to construct the elaborate buildings that comprise Mohera Zamindar Bari, even before formally establishing their zamindari. The estate itself spans approximately eight acres and features several distinct buildings, each showcasing a unique architectural style. These include Chowdhury Lodge, Ananda Lodge, Moharaj Lodge, and Kalichoron Lodge, each bearing witness to the zamindars' wealth and refined tastes. The buildings are interspersed with serene ponds, such as Bishakha Sagar and Pasra Pond, and meticulously maintained flower gardens, enhancing the estate's scenic beauty. Chowdhury Lodge, the first building encountered upon entering the estate, is a striking pink structure adorned with Roman/Greek-style pillars.
