Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Jessore Railway Station, exit the station and head southeast on Station Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bazar Road. Turn left on Bazar Road and walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Jessore Bus Terminal. From there, take a local rickshaw or cycle rickshaw towards Chachra. Ask the driver for 'দক্ষিণ পাড়া', which is a common landmark. Once you arrive in Chachra, follow the signs to the South Para Road (দক্ষিণ পাড়া সড়ক). Walk along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the South Para Bridge (দক্ষিণ পাড়া ব্রিজ) over the Mukteshwari River.

• Cycle Rickshaw

  From any central location in Jessore, you can easily find a cycle rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to 'দক্ষিণ পাড়া', and ensure they understand the destination is near the Mukteshwari River. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach the Chachra area, ask the driver to drop you off at South Para Road, and from there, it should be a short walk to the bridge.

• Local Bus

  You can take a local bus from any main bus stop in Jessore that is heading towards Chachra. Make sure to ask the bus conductor if the bus goes to 'দক্ষিণ পাড়া'. After getting off at the Chachra stop, follow the South Para Road (দক্ষিণ পাড়া সড়ক) signs for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bridge. This method is economical and gives you a chance to experience local life.
