From the Rangpur District Administration Office, walk east along Hanuman-tola road, then turn left onto Police Line Road. The zoo entrance will be on your left. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes.
Public Transport
From Rangpur Bus Terminal, take a local bus heading towards the city center. Ask the conductor to drop you off near Police Line Road, close to Hanuman-tola road. From there, it's a short walk to the zoo entrance. Bus fare is typically 15-30 BDT.
Taxi
From anywhere in Rangpur city, a taxi or rickshaw can take you to Rangpur Zoo on Police Line Road. A taxi ride from a central location like the Rangpur Bus Terminal will cost approximately 100-200 BDT, plus a starting fee of 100 BDT. A rickshaw ride will likely cost 30-100 BDT, but negotiate the fare beforehand.
