Turn left onto Sadar Road and walk until you reach the main intersection with Pouro Bazar Road. Turn right onto Pouro Bazar Road and continue walking. Collectorate Surovi Uddan will be on your left after a short walk, just before you reach the intersection with the next road.

If you are near the Rangpur District Commissioner’s Office, you can ask to be dropped off at the intersection of Pouro Bazar Road.
