The primary way to reach Saint Martin's Island is by ferry from Teknaf. From Teknaf, take a bus or auto-rickshaw to the Teknaf Ferry Terminal. Several ferry services operate daily during the peak season (November to March). Ferry ticket prices range from 800 to 1600 BDT depending on the class and vessel. The ferry journey takes approximately 2-3 hours. Alternatively, the Karnafuly Express operates directly from Cox's Bazar to Saint Martin's Island. Tickets cost between $20 and $160, and the journey takes around 2.5 hours. Note: Ferry services may be suspended during the off-season (February to November) due to rough sea conditions.

Once you arrive at Saint Martin's Island Ferry Terminal, the island is easily navigable on foot. The ferry terminal is located on the northeastern part of the island. From there, you can walk to most accommodations and attractions within 15-20 minutes. Follow the main paths, orienting yourself towards the sea. Note: Be aware of uneven paths and bring appropriate footwear.
