From Khagrachhari town, take a local bus towards Alutila Cave. The fare is approximately Tk 5 per person. From Alutila, hire a bike or walk the remaining 2 kilometers to Hridiya Member area. Bike fare is around Tk 50 per person one way, or Tk 100 for a round trip. From Hridiya Member area, it's a 2-kilometer walk to Risang Waterfall. Be prepared for a hilly path and some stairs.

Hire a CNG (auto-rickshaw) or a 'Chander Gari' (local jeep) directly from Khagrachhari town to Risang Waterfall. This option will drop you about 500 meters from the waterfall, requiring a short walk. The cost for reserving a CNG ranges from Tk 800 to Tk 1000, while a Chander Gari costs between Tk 2000 and Tk 3000 for a day trip, accommodating 10-15 people. Negotiate the fare beforehand.
