From the center of Srimangal, head west on Jaflong Road. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Moulvibazar - Srimangal Road (N2). Turn right onto N2 and drive for another 4 kilometers. You will see the entrance to the Tea Garden on your left. There is usually no entry fee, but check for any local tours that may require payment.
