From Speightstown, follow Highway 1B north, then turn left onto Highway 1C. Continue on 1C until you reach Animal Flower Cave Road. The drive is approximately 15 minutes, and the route is well-signposted. There is ample free parking available in the designated car park at the site.

From Bridgetown, take the 1C bus from the Princess Alice Terminal towards Connelltown. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the Connelltown bus stop, which is about a 7-minute walk to Animal Flower Cave. The bus fare is BBD$3.50.
