Public Transport
From Bridgetown, take the #6 bus from the Fairchild Street Bus Terminal towards Bathsheba. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at the Cattlewash stop. From the bus stop, it's a short walk down to the beach. The bus fare is BBD $3.50 per person each way.
Taxi/Ride-Share
From Bridgetown, a taxi to Cattlewash will take approximately 20 minutes. Taxis in Barbados do not typically use meters, so it's essential to agree on a fare with the driver before starting your journey. Expect to pay between BBD $80 to $110 for a one-way trip. Ride-sharing services are not as prevalent in Barbados, so taxis are the more reliable option.
Driving
From Bridgetown, follow Highway 3B towards the east coast. Continue onto Highway 3, following signs for St. Joseph. As you approach the coast, look for signs directing you to Cattlewash. Parking is available along the road near the beach, but it can be limited, especially on weekends. There are no parking fees.
