Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Bridgetown, the capital, the most economical way to reach Foursquare Rum Distillery is by bus. Head to the Fairchild Street Terminal and look for bus routes 11, 16A or 34 heading towards St. Philip. These buses pass near the distillery. The journey takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Four Square' bus stop. From there, it's a short, approximately 5-minute walk to the distillery. The bus fare is BBD 3.50 per person each way.

    Taxis are readily available throughout Barbados. A taxi from the Oistin area will cost approximately $19-$24 USD and take about 20 minutes. From St. Lawrence Gap, a taxi will cost approximately $19-$24 USD and take about 13 minutes. Ensure the driver knows you wish to go to Foursquare Rum Distillery on Foursquare Road.
