Walking
If you are starting from the center of Bridgetown, head east on Broad Street towards the Nidhe Israel Museum. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Mighty Grynner Highway (also known as the Spring Garden Highway). Turn left onto Mighty Grynner Highway and continue walking. After about 10 minutes, you will see the Mount Gay Visitors' Centre on your right at Exmouth Gap. Look for the large sign indicating the entrance.

From the center of Bridgetown, walk to the nearest bus terminal located on the corner of Princess Alice Highway and James Street. Board a bus heading towards the direction of Spring Garden or the Mighty Grynner Highway. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
