Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Bridgetown, several bus routes can get you close to the Harry Bayley Observatory. Look for buses heading towards the Pine Hill area, specifically routes 11A, 16A, 31 or 54. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop nearest to Observatory Road (Upton, Carters General Store). From there, it's approximately an 8-minute walk along Observatory Road to the observatory. Bus fares are typically BBD 3.50 per person per ride.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Bridgetown. A taxi from the Bridgetown cruise terminal to the Harry Bayley Observatory will cost approximately BBD 20-30 and take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Always confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Ride-sharing services are also available, but may be less common than traditional taxis.
Driving
If driving from central Bridgetown, head east on Highway 6 (towards the airport). Turn left onto Observatory Road. The observatory will be on your left. Parking is available on-site. Note that parking may be limited during peak hours or special events.
