Public Transport
From Bridgetown, the capital, take a bus (routes 1, 1A, 1C, 27) heading north along Highway 1. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Ask the driver to stop at Paynes Bay. From the bus stop, the beach is a short walk across the road. Bus fare is BBD 3.50 per person.
