    From Bridgetown, the most economical way to reach Foursquare Rum Distillery is by bus. Head to the Fairchild Street Terminal and look for bus routes 11, 16A or 34 heading towards St. Philip. These buses pass near the distillery. The journey takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Four Square' bus stop. From there, it's a short, approximately 4-minute walk to the distillery. The bus fare is BBD 3.50 per person each way. Ensure you have the exact fare, as drivers do not provide change.

    Taxis are readily available throughout Barbados. A taxi from Bridgetown to Foursquare Rum Distillery will cost approximately BBD 74. The journey takes around 18 minutes. Visitors can explore the distillery on a self-guided tour, following the footprints on the floor to learn about the various stages of rum-making. The Heritage Park features historic buildings, colonial architecture, and a folk museum, offering a glimpse into Barbados' sugar and rum history. Sample a variety of Foursquare rums at the tasting room to discover your favorite. The distillery is open Monday through Friday during business hours. Richard Seale, a fourth-generation rum maker, is the driving force behind Foursquare's success. His dedication to traditional methods and innovative approach has earned Foursquare international acclaim. The distillery emphasizes purity and authenticity, using locally sourced sugarcane and banning flavorings or additives.
