From Speightstown, head east towards St. Andrew. Follow Highway 1E, also known as the East Coast Road. The drive is approximately 15-20 minutes. Look for signs indicating Morgan Lewis Beach and Morgan Lewis Windmill. Parking is available near the beach, and it's free. Be aware that the road can be narrow in places.
