From Harrison's Cave, exit the cave's parking lot and turn right onto the main road (Highway 5). Continue driving for approximately 3.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Highway 2. Turn left onto Highway 2 and proceed for another 2 kilometers. Look for signs for Clifton Hill and turn right onto Clifton Hill. Follow the road until you reach Russia Gully, which will be on your left. Parking may be available along the roadside.

From Harrison's Cave, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Highway 5. Catch a bus heading towards Speightstown. Inform the driver that you want to disembark at the Clifton Hill stop. The fare is approximately $3 BBD. Once you reach Clifton Hill, walk back along the road for a short distance to find Russia Gully on your left.
