From Bridgetown, take the 1C bus from the Princess Alice Terminal towards Connelltown. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Alight at the bus stop near the intersection of Highway 1C and Animal Flower Cave Road. From there, it's roughly a 15-minute walk down Animal Flower Cave Road to the entrance. The bus fare is $3.50 BBD per ride.

From Speightstown, a taxi or ride-share to Animal Flower Cave takes approximately 20 minutes. Expect to pay between $40-$50 BBD. Be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.

From Speightstown, follow Highway 1B north, then turn left onto Highway 1C. Continue on Highway 1C until you reach Animal Flower Cave Road. Turn onto Animal Flower Cave Road, and follow it to the parking area at the entrance. Parking is available on-site in a gravel lot.
