From the Barbados Museum & Historical Society, walk east along Garrison Road, passing the Garrison Savannah on your left. The Main Guard House will be on your right, easily identified by its clock tower. There are no entrance fees for the immediate area.

To reach the Main Guard House and Clock Tower via public transport, take a bus to Bridgetown. From the main bus terminals (Fairchild Street or Princess Alice Terminal), walk southeast towards the Garrison area. The Clock Tower is a well-known landmark and is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the terminals. Barbados Transport Board buses are blue with a yellow stripe. The standard bus fare is BDS$3.50.
