Walking
From the center of Holetown, head south towards the beach. Walk along the main road (Second Street) until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Highway 1 (also known as the West Coast Road). Continue walking along Highway 1, and soon you will see the entrance to Freights Bay on your left, just past the Sandy Lane Hotel. Follow the path leading down to the bay.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Holetown, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Highway 1. Look for a minibus heading south towards Bridgetown. Board the bus and pay the fare (around BBD 2). Request the driver to drop you off at the Sandy Lane Hotel stop. Once you get off, walk back north along the highway for a few minutes until you reach Freights Bay on your right. Follow the path leading down to the bay.
