The Independence Monument is located within the Savannah, near The Bungalow. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes.

    From the main bus terminal in Bridgetown (Fairchild Street Terminal), take a bus heading towards the Garrison area. Any bus route that passes through Garrison will work. The bus fare is BBD 3.50. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Garrison Savannah. From the bus stop, walk along Savannah Drive towards The Bungalow, where the monument is located.
