These frequently pass Dover Beach. The bus and van fare is $3.50 BBD each. Alternatively, from Bridgetown, take the #12A bus from Fairchild Street Terminal towards Oistins. Ask the driver to stop at Dover Beach in St. Lawrence Gap. The bus fare is $3.50 BBD.
Taxi
From Grantley Adams International Airport, a taxi to Dover Beach costs approximately $53 BBD. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminal. Alternatively, from Bridgetown, a taxi to Dover Beach will cost around $40 BBD. Ensure to agree on the fare before starting your journey as taxis do not operate on a meter system.
Walking
From St. Lawrence Gap, Dover Beach is easily accessible on foot. Simply follow the main road through the Gap towards the southern end. The beach is well-signposted and located directly off the road. Walking from one end of St. Lawrence Gap to Dover Beach takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
