Car
If you are driving from the South Coast, head northwest on the main road (Highway 7). Continue on this road for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction at the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Highway 6 (also known as the East Coast Road). Continue for approximately 10 minutes, following the signs towards St. John. As you approach the eastern coast, you'll see signs for Martins Bay. Turn left onto Martins Bay Road, which leads directly to the bay. There is no entrance fee to access the beach.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Start at any bus stop along the South Coast. Look for buses heading towards the East Coast or St. John. The fare is approximately $2 BBD per person. Inform the driver that you are going to Martins Bay. The bus will take you along Highway 7 and then turn onto Highway 6. Once you arrive in the vicinity of Martins Bay, you may need to walk a short distance (about 10-15 minutes) to reach the bay itself. Be aware that bus schedules can vary, so it's a good idea to check the local timetable or ask locals for assistance.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from your location in South Coast. Taxis are readily available and can be flagged down or booked through local services. The fare to Martins Bay from most South Coast locations typically ranges from $30 to $50 BBD, depending on the distance. Ensure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The taxi will take you directly to the bay without the need for additional navigation.
