Walking
From the center of St. Lawrence Gap, head west on the main road (Highway 7). Walk towards the roundabout at the intersection with the ABC Highway. Continue walking straight, and you will pass several shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for local signage pointing towards Bridgetown. After about 30 minutes, you will reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the ABC Highway and walk for another 10 minutes until you see signs for George Washington House, which is located in Bridgetown. The house is situated near the main road, and you will find it on your left side, marked clearly with a sign. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 kilometers.
