  If you are in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap, head towards the coastline. Walk along the Gap towards the south. As you walk, you will pass several shops and restaurants on your left. Continue walking until you reach the end of the road, where you will see a prominent landmark, the St. Lawrence Gap beach. The St Lawrence Barbados is located a short distance from the beach, on the left side at St Lawrence Gap, Oistins. Look for the sign indicating the restaurant, which should be easy to spot due to its vibrant atmosphere.

• Public Transport (Mini-Bus)

  To reach The St Lawrence Barbados via mini-bus, find a mini-bus stop along the main road in St. Lawrence Gap. Board a mini-bus that has a sign indicating it goes to Oistins. The fare is usually around $2 USD. Inform the driver you want to stop at St. Lawrence Gap, and they will let you off close to the destination. Upon alighting, walk towards the beach and you will find The St Lawrence Barbados just a short walk away.

  If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in St. Lawrence Gap. Once you have your bike, head towards the southern end of the Gap, cycling along the main path that runs parallel to the coastline. Keep an eye out for The St Lawrence Barbados, which will be on your left side as you approach the beach area. This is a great way to enjoy the coastal views while making your way to the restaurant.
