Getting There

  • Walking

    From Welchman Hall, start by heading towards the nearest main road, which is the Welchman Hall Main Road. Walk along this road in the direction towards Bridgetown. Continue walking for approximately 20-25 minutes, keeping an eye out for local shops and landmarks to guide you. As you approach the junction with the Highway 2A, cross the road carefully. Once you reach the intersection, continue straight onto Highway 2A. You will need to walk for another 10-15 minutes until you reach the roundabout near the entrance to Bridgetown. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Fontabelle Road. Tyrol Cot Heritage Village will be on your left side after a short walk of about 5 minutes.

    From Welchman Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the Welchman Hall Main Road. Look for a bus heading towards Bridgetown; these buses are typically marked by their destination. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Disembark at the bus stop near the Sugar Point area in Bridgetown. From there, walk towards Fontabelle Road and continue for about 10 minutes. Tyrol Cot Heritage Village will be located on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the return journey.
